Dr. Arif Bajmak is a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon at the Institute for Children's Diseases, Clinical Center of Montenegro, Podgorica, where he has worked since 2001.He completed his medical degree at the University of Pristina in 1985 and specialized in pediatric surgery in 1994 after training at leading pediatric surgical centers in Pristina and Belgrade. Dr. Bajmak has served as Director of the Department of Pediatric Surgery since 2009. His main clinical interests include neonatal surgery, pediatric plastic surgery, and pediatric minimally invasive surgery, with additional expertise in emergency pediatric surgery and trauma. He has participated in numerous international training programs and has authored and co-authored a large number of scientific publications, presenting his work at many international congresses and professional meetings.
