Biography

Dr Soumya Sankar Nath, MD, PDCC, PGDHHM, FACEE, is Professor of Anaesthesia and Critical Care Medicine at Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. He is an anaesthesiologist, intensivist, academician and researcher with over two decades of experience. His academic interests include critical care, airway management, medical education and clinical research. He has authored and edited FIVE books, contributed more than 50 book chapters, and published over 73 peer-reviewed indexed papers. He holds four patents and serves as an American Heart Association Training Centre Faculty for BLS and ACLS. He is an avid researcher and has completed several intramural and extramural projects.
