Biography

Dr. Kriscia Anne F. Cajigal, is a physician with a strong academic and clinical background in anesthesiology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Santo Tomas and subsequently obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Perpetual Help Dr. Jose G. designation.Dr. Cajigal has actively pursued continuing professional development in perioperative medicine, pain management, and point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS). She has participated in specialized workshops, including the Basic Point-of-Care Ultrasound Lecture and Workshop and the POCUS Workshop.Her scholarly interests include perioperative pain management, multimodal analgesia, patient safety, and the prevention and treatment of chronic post-surgical pain. In recognition of her clinical and academic contributions, she was named a finalist in the 32nd Interesting Case Presentation of the Philippine Society of Anesthesiologists.
